Social Media Growth and Reach:

  • Instagram: Achieved a total of 9.9k engagements and reached 56k people organically, complemented by an additional 16.5k through paid efforts from May to December 2023. This strategic content deployment led to an increase in followers from 21.4k in April 2023 to 23.8k by year-end, marking an 11% growth.
  • Facebook: Not to be outdone, Facebook saw 9k engagements and an impressive organic reach of 251k, with follower count rising from 10k to 11.5k, a 14% increase over the same period.

These metrics not only highlight the effectiveness of the content strategies implemented but also the potential for even greater reach and engagement moving forward.

The aim of these campaigns has consistently been to place the lounge in front of more potential patrons and continue building a vibrant community and strong reputation within Chicago.
